Caring for our clients starts with caring for those who make it all happen. We cannot make it happen without all of our amazing staff. From the minute we hire a new nurse, caregiver or office staff, we appreciate all that they bring to Pacific Coast Health Services.

We have a Staff Reporter board that Twyla Johnson RN BScN - Director of Operations updates every month. The board has no boundaries and usually contains birthday shoutouts, accomplishments, anniversaries, recipes and even a few jokes can be found on the board.

Wows are when clients express their appreciation for their caregiver, nurse or staff member. Wows can come in any form but generally come in the form of a phone call, email, letter or card.
