The holiday season is in full swing and Pacific Coast Health Services is out and about supporting the senior's community.
Pacific Coast has a long-standing relationship with Silver Threads Community Service for Seniors and it is always a pleasure to show our support for such a wonderful organization that does so much for seniors in the community.
On December 4th we had the pleasure of being at and supporting the annual holiday visit by the Victoria Police Chorus. The Greater Victoria Police Chorus is composed of active and retired police officers plus civilians who perform to entertain and raise money for various charitable organizations. They also perform to entertain in a number of senior’s facilities during the year. Established January 1984 by serving & retired members of local police forces. The Chorus' repertoire consists of over 200 songs and performs at public concerts; entertains for charitable fundraisers, hospitals, schools, community events. The Chorus has enjoyed a few Overseas Concert Tours to England, Holland, Wales and throughout BC.
Representing Pacific Coast Health Services, Avalon and Katherine were on hand serving up smiles and support throughout this extra special day. Extra special because today was our first public event wearing our new uniforms as we transform from We Care Home Health Services to Pacific Coast Health Services. More details to come.
