Pacific Coast Health Services is currently looking for Casual Live-In Caregivers to serve the Greater Victoria Area.Position Summary: Live-In Caregivers understand that seniors and others who need care and support, enjoy an improved quality of life when they continue living at home in familiar surroundings. As a Live-In Caregiver with Pacific Coast, you will live at our clients’ home for 24 hour shifts helping them to live their lives.Key
Responsibilities: • Personal care • Lifts and transfers • Assistance in the bathroom, shower • Feeding • Medication assistance • Light housekeeping • Meal preparation • Companionship • Possible accompaniment to appointments
About You: • Certified RCA or HCA or equivalent experience • Ability to obtain a Clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search upon hire • Ability to provide references who will tell us you are reliable, punctual, and committed • A caring, helpful attitude
